COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Atlas Copco 350138 1089 0659 57 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Autotron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Banner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Banner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Autotron such as the RPT360 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SBFX116652 manufactured by Banner and we are pleased to be able to service most Banner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSR2824 by Manufacturer Banner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Banner Brand Q60BB6AFV2000QPMA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Balluff such as BTLOUP7 equipment made by Balluff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Balluff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Balluff" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LG5A65NI made by Banner as well as the popular Q60BB6LAF1400QPMA original spares produced by Banner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BTL5E10M1270PS32US by Balluff and BTLOUP7 spares by Balluff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 800CA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Autotron. |
